These are my top three extras, in no alpha order.
1) Dropbox enables to easy access to files from multiple locations. Saves time and no thumb drive required. Files are easily shared between MACs and PCs.
2) Evernote is like your digital notepad. It allows you to create notes like a digital piece of paper where data such as information, links, images, even website page clips lives. These notes are accessible online and from any MAC or PC when the app is installed.
3) Digsby is an all-in-one IMing tool that allows you to have one interface for a variety of IM clients. All with a central location for your various user names!
